While not formerly trained as an artist, I have found great inspiration in the craft when studying in architecture school. There is a inter-relation between art and architecture, however they are not necessarily the same thing. For me enrolling in architecture school has been a blessing in more ways than one, the least of which is honing my sense of composition and rendering techniques. Had it not been for my training in architecture school I would not have dabbled in the field of 3D modeling and it would have shut down another avenue of creative exercise for me to explore.
